The scope

One Project, Two Distinct Rooms

The work combined removal of worn finishes with a new tile palette and coordinated bathroom details.

The completed spaces use dark marble-look surfaces, crisp gray walls, black fixtures, and a contrasting circular mosaic in the walk-in shower.

  • Removal of old tile, selected finishes, and installed components
  • Large-format tile on floors and bathing-area walls
  • Black-and-white circular mosaic on the walk-in shower floor
  • Localized wall repair and surface preparation
  • Painting of walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, and trim
  • Assembly and mounting of vanities, sinks, mirrors, storage, accessories, and finish hardware
