Before you request an estimate

What to Know

Every project is different. These answers cover the basics, and the estimate conversation covers the details of your space.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Delray Beach and surrounding communities within approximately 15 miles, including nearby parts of Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Briny Breezes, Lantana, and Deerfield Beach. Send your ZIP code and we will confirm availability.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Estimates are free. The estimate is based on the actual scope, materials, access, and finish you want, so photos and a clear description are helpful.

What types of projects do you handle?

Tile installation, interior and exterior painting, and flooring installation are our core services. We also take on selected bathroom finishes, drywall repair, vanities and cabinets, closet systems, wall panels, and outdoor improvements when they fit the scope.

Can I send photos with my estimate request?

Yes. You can upload up to five photos through the estimate form. You can also send photos by text, WhatsApp, or email if that is easier.

What should I include in my request?

Include your ZIP code, the room or area involved, the current condition, the result you want, approximate dimensions if known, helpful photos, and your preferred timing.

When can I contact you?

Business hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. You can call, text, use WhatsApp, email, or send the website form.

How is a project planned?

We start by understanding the scope and finish you want. The next conversation covers the estimate, materials, timing, and access. Work begins after the scope and plan are agreed.

Who leads Sakaev Group LLC?

Shamil Sakaev leads the company. He has more than 20 years of hands-on home repair and improvement experience and continued this work after moving to the United States in 2022.

What does "We stand behind our work" mean?

It means careful workmanship, clear communication, and attention to the agreed scope. Any project-specific warranty terms should be discussed and confirmed as part of the estimate before work begins.
