Information You Provide
When you request an estimate, call, text, use WhatsApp, or email us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service requested, project details, preferred contact method, preferred timing, and project photos. Our server may also record limited technical information, such as an IP address, for security and spam prevention.
How We Use Information
We use this information to review your request, contact you, discuss the project, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Website Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic and page performance. This service is designed to provide aggregated measurements without cookies or personal profiles. We also keep first-party aggregate counts of page views and contact actions, such as clicks to call, text, WhatsApp, email, request an estimate, and successfully submit the estimate form. These counters do not contain names, contact details, project descriptions, photos, IP addresses, or visitor profiles.
Storage and Service Providers
After a visit from our Google Ads painting campaign, we keep the campaign name in your browser's session storage. If you submit an estimate request during that session, the campaign label is included with your request so we can understand which advertising brought the inquiry. We do not store advertising click identifiers or search terms through this feature, and it does not send your contact details, project description, or photos to Google.
Estimate requests are stored in an access-restricted area of our website server and delivered through the communication tools used by Sakaev Group LLC. The server copy of a request and its uploaded photos is retained for up to 180 days. Limited technical information used for security, such as the submitting IP address, is removed from the stored request after 30 days.
Access-restricted backup copies are retained for up to 30 additional days so a recent request can be recovered after a server problem or accidental loss. Information needed for an active customer relationship, project record, payment record, dispute, or applicable business obligation may be retained separately for as long as reasonably necessary.
Your Choices
You may choose not to use the online form and contact us directly by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted, contact us using the details below. Some records may need to be retained when required for an active project, payment, dispute, security, or legal obligation.
